\n Nea Diagonios opened its doors in Thessaloniki in February 2009, continuing the legacy of \u201cDiagonios,\u201d which had been operating in the city center since 1976. The second generation took over with the aim of preserving the restaurant\u2019s gastronomic identity while bringing it into the present with a clear and contemporary approach.<\/p>\n

Today, Nea Diagonios is located in Eastern Thessaloniki, in a bright and understated space overlooking the sea. The architecture and atmosphere reflect the same philosophy as the cuisine: simplicity, quality, and balance. <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>

\n The kitchen is built around the power of fire, the careful selection of cuts, and the honest, restrained expression of Greek flavors. Classic dishes coexist with more modern interpretations, without losing the character and memory that define each plate.<\/p>\n
