1 tbsp garlic powder (or 3 cloves of garlic)
1 tbsp onion powder (or 1 onion into slices)
2 tbsp oregano
TO SERVE
Souvlaki pita bread, cooked
Greek tzatziki sauce, mustard
tomato slices, onion rings
parsley, French fries
